This is the clean that’s meant to help get you out of that rut. Picking up clothes, trash, etc. and making your space reflect where you want your mental state. That fresh clean will help you get back into that happy mood that can sometimes feel so far away with a dirty home.

A one-time or reoccurring clean that is meant to help tidy up the place. Carpets vacuumed, counters wiped. The place will feel fresh and ready for the day.

Move-In/Move-Out Clean
Approx. 6-8 Hours
Specialized for renters or landlords looking to get the place ready for a move-in/out. As long as you didn’t leave holes in the walls or break any appliances, we will have the place cleaned and ready for a return on your deposit. Landlords looking to clean up after a renter who didn’t call us, we’ll have the place ready for the next resident in no time!

Repeats, Weekly, and Biweekly Cleans
Cleans that I have become familiarized with can be negotiated to a Flat Rate, but keep in mind, I should become more efficient at cleaning your space.
You will NEVER pay more than the Final Quote!
While the Final Quote (FQ), including photos of areas of interest and other key details, may differ from the initial estimate, you will never pay more for a clean once you receive the FQ. If adjustments are necessary, ex. Room needs to be added, then a new FQ will be given before the clean begins. If more time is needed, the FQ stands and will be taken into consideration for future FQs

Commonly Asked Questions?
Should I clean before you get here?
The only thing I would appreciate is that you do not have a bunch of personal items laying around and not have instructions on where they go or a bin for me to set them in for you to re-arrange later. Otherwise, no pre-cleaning is necessary.
What if my house is EXTRA dirty?
We will work with you! We do our best to provide accurate and fair quotes for a clean. We can provide simple estimates as well as in depth consultation on what the cleaning would entail. If you have any areas of focus, we do prefer a photo before hand to better prepare and tackle the room/area.
Do I have to be present?
Not at all, while many of my clientele have been present at the clean, it is not a necessity. Life happens and I understand that it isn’t always possible to be away from home or at home for the time frame I am around. I encourage my clients to continue on with their life as I clean their home.
How long will it take?
A standard clean is normally 4 hours, if it is a weekly thing, the time frame may drop down as I become more accustomed and familiarized with the area. Deep cleans can take a bit longer, but I am focused on quality of work and I refuse to compromise on anything less than my best work.
